Downstairs, the sitting room has a window seat making the most of the glorious views over the estuary and front garden. It has an attractive Victorian fireplace as well as a SMART television with FreeView and video/DVD player.
The dining room has a pine farmhouse table which seats 6 people. This leads into the kitchen and cloakroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The back door leads out into the garden with a lawned area, barbecue, shed, garden table and chairs.
There is a private parking space as well as further parking in the parking layby 20 metres from the house.
Redwing, one of four houses in a Victorian terrace, was built for Captain Dark at the turn of the last century for its commanding view over the estuary and out to sea. Captain Dark sailed the Gannet, the Lundy packet.
